When a property stops meeting the standard, the designation is removed. ## The Standard Seven pillars. A property meets all of them, or it is not Signature. ### I. Condition & Systems - Full property inspection prior to designation, repeated annually - Zero deferred maintenance items at time of designation - HVAC, water heater, roof, and appliances documented with age and service history - Written remediation plan for any flagged item; designation withheld until closed ### II. Photography & Representation - Professional photography throughout - Minimum 25 images, including one twilight exterior - Every listed room photographed - Re-shot every 24 months, or immediately after any material change to furnishings, layout, or finish - Listing photos must match current condition ### III.
