Excellent early-season conditions in strong snow years. January Peak powder month. Full terrain open at both mountains. Cold temps preserve snow quality. Weekdays are uncrowded. February Consistent snowpack, excellent grooming. Presidents' Week brings slightly more traffic but nothing like Colorado. March Spring skiing.
