    Step one is to get in touch with one of our licensed agents—they will see if you and your property qualify for our services while explaining the process. If we are mutually a good fit to work together then you’ll sign a management agreement with all fees and legal terms outlined with complete transparency. We will then begin our custom onboarding process, clean, do an initial inspection, and build out your home’s online listing. We always strive to get your rental up and launched as efficiently as possible.


    Once your investment is onboarded and ready for guests, Wyo Stays end-to-end property management takes care of everything you need to maximize profit. This process includes but is not limited to:


    Marketing and managing your listings on all major booking and rental platforms.

    Providing stunning photography, video tours, and professional copywriting.

    Both your investment and you as an investor must align with our core values. There are some city or HOA requirements for some of our programs as well. Don't stress, we are here for the whole process.

    You will quickly learn at Wyo Stays, we like to keep the process simple with one comprehensive fee for all our essential services. No haggling. No back and forth. No hidden fees. 


    We have an industry-standard rate for each of our long-term management & short-term vacation rental management while providing above-industry-standard service. 


    Our management fees are only charged when we secure a reservation or tenant on your behalf. (We do not get paid until after you do!)


    This commission-based pricing plan ensures we only make money when you do, keeping us motivated and accountable to maximize your investment.
