Step one is to get in touch with one of our licensed agents—they will see if you and your property qualify for our services while explaining the process. If we are mutually a good fit to work together then you’ll sign a management agreement with all fees and legal terms outlined with complete transparency. We will then begin our custom onboarding process, clean, do an initial inspection, and build out your home’s online listing. We always strive to get your rental up and launched as efficiently as possible.
